Welcome to Gateway Lighting and Fan’s web store. Upon submission of your order on our website, you agree to and accept the following terms & conditions:

Minimum Order Processing Fee

:

Orders under $100 are subject to a $15.00 processing fee. If your order is under $100, we will contact you for approval of the fee before processing your order or charging your credit or debit card.

Shipment and Delivery of Orders

:

Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery of your order. We will send you a confirmation with tracking information via email when your order ships. Please contact us at service@gatewaylighting.com if your order has not been received in the time expected, and we will track your order as soon as we receive information.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock and cannot be processed within 15 business days, we will contact you to provide you with an estimated time of arrival. You have the option to cancel and remove a back ordered item from your order any time before the back ordered item ships if you prefer not wait. Otherwise, we will keep the item on order, and ship it to your location when it is available. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers. Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code, or your refusal of an item, will be charged back to the customer. We cannot ship to PO Box locations. We are not responsible for delays in delivery by shipping carriers.

Gateway Lighting and Fans frequently offers "free-shipping" on select products or groups of products. "Free-shipping" refers to standard shipping only. Our free shipping offers are available to the 48 continental U.S. states only, and do not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico or other international destinations. Rush orders including next day and second day shipping are available by contacting customer service directly, but customers are responsible for all expedited shipping charges. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

General Return Policy

:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee if your return meets the following requirements:

  • All returned merchandise must be in new condition.
  • Merchandise cannot have been installed or modified in any way.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all original parts and paperwork provided from the manufacturer.
Contact service@gatewaylighting.com within (30) days of receipt of the order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must include the RMA information provided to you from our customer service department. Returns without an RMA number are not eligible for a refund or credit. Returns can be made in person or by shipping your returns to our showroom located at 3150 S Hwy 95A, Cantonment, FL 32533. Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges related to all returns excluding defective products. No refunds will be issued after (30) days. Non-refundable items include custom or handmade products, clearance or sale items and parts.

Return Policy for Damaged Product

:

Open all boxes and carefully inspect all items upon receipt of your order for concealed damage. If you receive a damaged product, contact service@gatewaylighting.com within 30 days. Do not ship a damaged item back until you have received authorization and return instructions from Gateway Lighting and Fans. Products that are returned without an RMA will not receive a credit or refund. No returns, exchanges or refunds are permitted after 30 days of receipt of your order.

Return policy for Defective Products

:

If a product proves to be defective any time within the manufacturer’s warranty period, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and important information required to process your return. Products that are returned without an RMA will not receive a credit or refund. After Gateway Lighting and Fan’s receives the defective merchandise, we will send a replacement fixture at no charge for the defective fixture. However, if the fixture is discontinued or no longer available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Requests for Replacement Parts

:

If you receive an item that has broken glass or is missing parts, we will send you replacement parts at no charge if they are available from the manufacturer. Otherwise, we will replace the item with a new one. If you need a replacement part for an item, send your request to service@gatewaylighting.com within 30 days. Be sure to include your order number and the item number of the item needing replacement parts.

Trade Discounts

:

We offer trade and volume pricing to qualified home builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and other trade professionals. To learn more or to sign up, please email service@gatewaylighting.com.

Warranties

:

All products sold by Gateway Lighting and Fans are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will be furnished upon written request. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact customer service at service@gatewaylighting.com for assistance in processing your claim. Gateway Lighting and Fans is not responsible for reimbursement of installation costs or any other costs resulting from a warranty claim or a defective product.

Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies

:

Gateway Lighting and Fans makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. However, we do not warrant product descriptions and other content of this site to be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In the event of a discrepancy of the information found on this site, we reserve the right to make any corrections necessary. We have also made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of our products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors displayed due to differences in the color quality of computer monitors.
